You will join a prestigious group of individuals, organizations, businesses and corporations who are partners with us.
Investors receive tax credits that are only available from a CDE. The federal New Markets Tax Credit Program, established by the Community Renewal Tax Relief Act of 2000, allows taxable investors who make equity investments in CDEs to receive tax credits. These credits are worth more than 30 percent of the amount invested in present value terms.
The UCDC creates programs that will attract investors looking for tax credits and, most importantly, will create jobs.
